Shipping costs are calculated according to the order weight and destination country.

Free local pick-up can be arranged for local orders in the Barcelona area.

We're committed to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible hence all of our handmade ceramics are packaged using eco-friendly materials. If you find any plastic wrapping, this is re-used packaging supplies I already had.

Terms

Most of our in stock ceramic items are shipped within 5 business days. If there are any potential delays we will notify you as soon as possible.

Our made to order items' turn around time is between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the design and volume, with the exception of bulk orders (10 pieces or more) where more time is required. We'll notify you as soon as possible if we're experiencing high volume of orders and require longer waiting period.

International orders may be charged customs and duties by the destination country, these charges are payable by the customer.

Returns & Refunds policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please see the policy below:

You have a legal right under EU consumer law to a “cooling-off” period of 14 days after receiving your order. During this time, you can return your item to us for any reason for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in original packaging if possible, and in a condition that enables us to re-sell the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods are damaged or diminished in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, features or functioning.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Sale items or promotional bundles also have special exclusions.

If your purchased item/s are damaged in transit, please photograph the broken pieces next to, and with the packaging and posting box/container and send us an email at martaplayswithclay@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
